Works OK for the price

Got a demo on something similar when I was in Las Vegas, thought it was pretty cool. Searched the web and found this one – looked like it was adequate for the price. Kind of cheaply built, display was tilted to the side. There are 3 pulse modes, but I don’t like 2 of them. Works OK, more of a novelty item.
