    I received two of these in the past two years. I used them almost every evening because they help with my restless leg syndrome. Both of them broke in about 9 months. The machines were not abused in any way. As another reviewer said, a plastic disc inside just snaps off and there’s no way to fix it. The product works well for a limited time,

    too limited a time. And, it costs a fortune to return it, not worth the trouble and expense. I will not purchase another one of these, I’m going to try another brand this time.

    Stopped working after a couple of days. Found broken disc inside. Worked OK about one day.

    Christmas present, just opened last night. Was a big hit, appears to be quality item and same as product that costs over $300 at retail stores.

    Looks like crud. It sits higher than my sofa and is not physically pleasing to look at. I’m keeping it anyway because the kneading massage is great on my calves…you can use the kneading massage and the vibrate at the same time. It would be nice if it were height adjustable instead of just tilt.
