It looked great and had great reviews but when it arrived I charged it for 8 hours like the instructions stated but even after 8 hours it would not run unless kept plugged in to the charger. I have arthritis and need a properly working massager so I'll buy one in person and save the restocking fee. A never working product

I am returning a massager I bought on line. It looked great and had great reviews but when it arrived I charged it for 8 hours like the instructions stated but even after 8 hours it would not run unless kept plugged in to the charger.
