A never working product
Rating:1 out of 5 stars
I am returning a massager I bought on line. It looked great and had great reviews but when it arrived I charged it for 8 hours like the instructions stated but even after 8 hours it would not run unless kept plugged in to the charger. I have arthritis and need a properly working massager so I'll buy one in person and save the restocking fee.

I also had issues with the unit retaining a charge.
Rating:1 out of 5 stars
I bought this item at the store and only after a few uses, it would only work when plugged in.

In addition, the power cord eventually frayed and broke at the point where it plugs into the unit. A better design would probably have been to have a swivel to avoid the wire fatigue.

Otherwise the product was great.

Wow, Works well
Rating:5 out of 5 stars
This product does what it says and then some. It holds a charge for about 45 minutes to an hour. It has a low solid vibration. Ti has two speeds, high and low.
The high speed can be a bit much but the low speed is powerful enough.
Very reliable and since it is cordless much more portable than Hitachi.
